We explore the 12 Leadership Archetypes and how understanding them will help you lead your team and recruit more effectively.  We'll also get  you to do the Archetype Quiz that we've created (or upgrade to the full assessment) and look at your personal strengths and areas to be mindful of when managing a team. 

We will continue exploring the Leadership Archetypes (based on psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Carl Jung's research) and give you practical ideas and strategies to help you adapt your leadership style and move between the Archetypes to get better leadership outcomes and manage change. 

With the skills and knowledge learnt to this point, you will have the ability to create a vision of your ideal business culture.  We will further explore the practical strategies and processes needed to start changing and adapting your current business culture or if starting a new business, look at the best way to set up and lead your new team.  The goal is for you to build a culture you and your team LOVE!
