Our Story
Founders Elaine Richards, and Tamara Lloyd, created Business By Design Duo to support business owners and business leaders in leadership and business culture. Their focus is to empower you with the practical tools and knowledge to become the best leader you can be, so you can create a thriving and sustainable businesses which gives you the growth, profits and choices you deserve.
After almost a decade as business partners, building a multi million dollar real estate business, we decided we wanted to use our learnings and expertise to help other business owners through the challenges of leading and growing a business.
Throughout the time in business, we always worked with a Business Coach and we know the huge benefits this offered to our business and ourselves personally. We have always been drawn to helping others in business both within the real estate industry and other service based industries. It is something we love doing and are very passionate about.
We have successfully grown our business and successfully navigated the negotiation, sale and succession of our business. This has given us the luxury of choosing what we want to do - and we have chosen to take our learnings and help others, while living a balanced lifestyle.
